words for wednesday

you know you knit too much when...
...you consider leaving a yarn shop
empty-handed a rare personal victory.

So true, isn't it!?
I think I may have done that once or twice but only because I was overwhelmed with indecision ;-).

ha,ha for me it's more like I CANNOT open an email from webs without clicking on the link to their site and buying something - anything. That is exactly why I no longer read their emails. but i still enjoy receiving them because it reminds me to get knitting from my stash so that I can shop more. does that sound weird?

oh that self control can be such an issue for me too! my solution...just don't go to the yarn shop until I have a project.

LOL! that is very funny...for me it would definately be leaving a quilt shop empty handed but yarn is getting there! did you have a personal victory lately by any chance?
