"One of the most tragic things I know about human nature is that all of us tend to put off living. We are all dreaming of some magical rose garden over the horizon-instead of enjoying the roses blooming outside our windows today."
-Dale Carnegie
my sister posted this quote on her blog, and I just had to share it here. this describes me. I feel like I'm always looking, searching, wanting what's around the next corner instead of enjoying what's in my backyard. what will be in my backyard today? whatever it is Lord, let me enjoy the roses you give me today. let me linger in their bouquet. let me share my roses with others. let me, Lord.

i love the challenge, and the bouqet that you shared. and please allow me one small addition ... in my opinion, you missed one rose. the one in the mirror looking back at you, underneath the new haircut. love you, mark.
